What is Bald Sports?+
Bald Sports is an onchain sports contest platform where the prize pool doesn't sit idle. Between rounds, participants collectively decide how the pool moves by voting on DeFi strategies.
What kind of sports contests?+
We run Survivor, Pick'em, and Bracket tournaments across NFL, NBA, PGA, and World Cup. Standard formats you know, with DeFi underneath.
How does the prize pool work?+
Every entry contributes to a shared prize pool onchain. Between rounds, players vote on which protocol and asset to deploy it to. Any gains or losses flow back into the pot. Winners collect at the end.
How do I withdraw?+
Winners can withdraw at any time after settlement. USDC goes directly to your wallet. No custodians, no delays, no permission needed.
Can I lose more than my entry fee?+
No. Your maximum loss is your entry fee. The prize pool takes on DeFi exposure collectively. You can't be liquidated or lose more than you put in.
Do I need crypto experience?+
You need a wallet and USDC. That's it. Voting is simple, picks are familiar, and everything runs on Base.
